Shannon Barczak

Founder & President

Shannon is a seasoned Executive Administrator, cultural design specialist, and grant-writer operating out of the Norman, OK office. Her background in systems operations, as well as holistic health and wellness for Tribal Nations and Native American communities lends itself to the success of DIAK Architects. She is a tribally enrolled member of the Apsáalooke Nation (Crow Tribe of Montana) as well as descendant of the Kiowa and Cherokee Nations of Oklahoma.

Tom Barczak

Vice-President & Architect

Tom is the Architect-Of-Record responsible for all phases of development and design. Based out of the Norman, OK office, he provides a sensitive, yet technical approach to the practical and cultural needs of clients allows him to present the best possible options and outcomes that balance schedules, budgets and quality. Tom is also an accomplished artist, which he puts to good use in his architectural designs.

Scott Moore y Medina

AIA, NCARB, AICAE, NOMA, PID

Senior Project Management | Specialist

Scott is an award-winning designer, project developer, grant-writer, and community builder operating out of Tulsa, OK. He collaborates to find place-based solutions to empower cultural communities, including Indigenous/Tribal nations, and others with unique stories to express. Much of this work focuses on impacting overall health, well-being and self-sufficiency, as expressed through balance of social, economic, environmental, and cultural interdependencies - now and in the future.

Office Operations Support

Becky supports the leadership and staff of DIAK Architects on a daily basis, operationally and administratively. She is a tribally enrolled member of the Apsáalooke Nation (Crow Tribe of Montana).
